Nurses are a significant group of professionals we employ across our services and, as a result the diversity and scope of the roles we can offer is significant. From practice nurse roles in our rural or city GP practices through right through to senior nurses within community services working with a wide range of people in the communities we serve.

Other critical roles (registered and non-registered) without which we would be unable to deliver our high standard of care are social workers, healthcare assistants, support workers and other diverse social care and healthcare support roles. We recruit these type of positions on a national basis.

To work as a nurse within any of our NHS or self-pay services, you must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) which means you’ll need a degree in nursing, while for Healthcare Assistant and other healthcare support roles you may not need any previous experience.

We’ll offer you fantastic benefits, consistent with other local providers and give you plenty of opportunity to progress your career whether you aspire to work as a specialist nurse, manage a team, run a ward or something else.
